📝 How to Register

Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and tend to fill quickly. To ensure adequate planning and availability, please register at least 21 days prior to the course start date.


Registering is easy:

  1. Complete the online registration form

  2. Wait for a confirmation email
    We’ll review your registration and email you a     secure QuickBooks link to submit your tuition payment online.
  3. Receive your course confirmation
    Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with program details.



⚠ Important Notes:

  • If a course is sold out, we’ll contact you directly to discuss waitlist or alternative options.
  • Classes are expected to fill; however, if the minimum number of participants is not met 30 days prior, the course may be rescheduled or canceled.
  • In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you 3–4 weeks in advance.
  • If flying, please contact us before purchasing tickets or consider refundable airfare.
  • ArborMaster is not responsible for airfare penalties, travel, or hotel charges due to canceled or rescheduled programs.

🗓 Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to welcome you to your upcoming ArborMaster course!

We also understand that sometimes, life throws a curveball. If something comes up that prevents you from attending, here are our cancellation terms:

  • 30+ days before the course: Full refund
  • 14–29 days before the course: 50% refund
  • 0–13 days before the course: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund


We’ve never had to cancel a course due to inclement weather. However, in the unlikely event that we do, your full course fee will be credited toward a future program of your choice.

✅ Safety & Ground Rules Agreement

Upon receipt of your registration, you’ll receive a copy of the ArborMaster Safety & Class Ground Rules.

By attending the course and signing in on Day 1, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed these terms and agree to follow them throughout the training.

📝 Release Form Requirement

All attendees are required to sign a release form in order to participate in the course.

If you choose not to sign the release form at the start of class, you may forfeit all or part of your registration fee.
However, if you notify ArborMaster more than 30 days in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
