" Thanks for the great boost your organization gives to the Arboriculture industry. Since retirement from Springville City, Utah, my time has been devoted primarily to consulting. Train the Trainer
This solution is designed for companies and organizations who need consolidated and centralized training under one or more in-house Trainers.  Oftentimes Safety Directors are required to develop and train others. While they may have the skill and knowledge of the subject matter, they may lack the expertise, experience or ability to transfer this to others. 

Trainer development is essential if the skill and knowledge needs of an organization are to be met. Organizations success depends on keeping people up-to-date and skilled in the latest concepts and techniques. Mastering knowledge is essential. However for trainers, using the most effective and efficient processes is critical.

ArborMaster has developed a Train-the-Trainer curriculum to meet this specific need. This curriculum also helps companies avoid taking a tempting 'short-cut',  sending an employee to an open enrollment course and expect them to be able to then return and to "train" fellow crew members and tree workers.
